James is a unique man who works as a deputy manager at the International Youth Hostel in Nairobi, Kenya. He looks young and beaming and talks happily with the young travelers. But he is also a very experienced man with more than 20 years in the business.
I came back to stay in the hostel thanks to him and each time he was very attentive to our needs and flexible with us to our satisfaction. The camp was good and the driver made his best to please us (we managed to see the croc catches the wildebeest, like in the National Geographic. it was amazing!- ask for Lawi...)
